With this in mind, the ophera.tracking solution was developed to facilitate these processes and organize everything in the same company system, eliminating extra spreadsheets and simplifying processes.

This solution integrates easily with SAP’s Sales and Distribution module for Brazil, complementing and unifying the process in a single location.

The solution has two monitors:  

• Sales Monitor: where you can see the invoice and the actual status for each document.
• Reference Monitor: where you can control all invoices by scenario (Demo, consignment, repair and others) and create the subsequent returns document or even the invoice. The reference monitor also comes with an upload tool, where the NF-e from the old system can be migrated to the monitor and returned from there.
